Time Handicap Engine matches

Hi Pham,

firstly let me say that this is a very interesting/powerful chess GUI and thank you for your work!

I may have missed something but I could not see how to create time handicapped matches, if this is not possible it would be a fantastic addition.

This ability is available in a few GUIs I have used

Fritz (limited to +200% time)
Aquarium - games run on longer than they should due to the lack of a decent draw mechanism
Arena - I have not re-tired this for a long time

However none of these allow me to kick off 8 single core engine matches in parallel - which is a huge plus for Banksia

Thanks again for a great GUI and I am looking forward to see what you add / refine next.
