Feature request: Edit current tournament TC / Tablebases / Book openings settings graphically, like a new tournament

Hi dear Pham!
After the crash, adjudication by engines when +-3.00 points and by tablebases doesn't work anymore
Would be nice to have a graphical interface to change all parameters also for the running tournament
[EDIT] Fixed setting to TRUE 2 parameters in banksiagui.ini

Hi Pham!
I'm continuing to manually edit banksiaplaying.json but after a while that I have modified time controls from 300 seconds x 40 moves to 150 seconds x 40 moves, during the tournament it returns to the old time controls by itself
A full json data editor exactly like "New tournament" of the running tournament would be really appreciated on next beta. 
"C:\Users\alex\AppData\Roaming\BanksiaGUI\banksiaplaying.json"
