Bubbles on board

HI
How do I disable those annoying green bubbles on the board?
I have disabled it in the Settings > Appearance window, but it still shows.

I see that someone has asked the same question on 10 April, but no answer was given.

Open the Books/EGTB dock from Windows --> Docks --> Books/EGTB

On the Books/EGTB dock you can deactivate the bubbles.
